Once your service appointment is booked, we will give you a call to confirm all the details of the appointment – date, time, location, products and services required! Once confirmed, we will provide you with a detailed text or email summary for your booking. Cinema Works will notify you by phone call / text message when our technician is on their way. Once they arrive, sit back and relax, we will take care of the rest!

We aim to offer same day appointments in most areas for most of our services. However, scheduling ultimately depends on your requested appointment time and the availability of our technicians.

Cinema Works’ dispatch team will contact you by phone or text when we are on route to your location. We are punctual and will provide you with an estimated time of arrival.

All our services are charged once the job is completed! Payment is accepted via Cash, Credit Card, or Interac  E-Transfer.

Our expert technicians are experienced at installing TVs on all wall surfaces such as:

Charges may vary depending on the wall type as our technicians may be required to use specialized equipment and hardware to safely install and secure your TV to the wall.

If you are mounting your TV to the wall, you will definitely need a TV mounting bracket. We are happy to use your supplied bracket but we always will ensure its the right fit or choice for the TV we are installing. If you don’t have a bracket, we are happy to provide you one at an affordable cost!

Cinema Works Ltd provides 3 different types of TV Mounting Brackets: 

• Fixed TV Wall Mount: Holds the TV close to the wall with minimal space between the TV and wall. This is “fixed” and doesn’t allow for any tilting or movement.
• Tilting TV Wall Mount: Allows you to angle the display downwards by approximately 8 to 15 degrees.
• Full Motion TV Wall Mount: Allows you to move your television away or towards the wall, angle both up and down, and side to side.

We offer 2 types of wire concealment services: Over-The-Wall Concealment: We use Wire Conduit / Tracks that neatly organize and conceal/hide up to 4 wires In-Wall Concealment: If your wall setup allows, our expert technicians can conceal/hide all your device wires and cable  inside the wall to give you a clean, clutter-free look. Customers that require in-wall power cable concealment services are reliable for all liabilities.

On average, it takes about 1 hour to complete a basic TV mounting installation of drywall. The duration of installation varies by the size of TV, wall surface type, and additional services such as wire concealment, etc.
