Cinema Works Warranty

1. TV Mounting

What is included:

  • Our TV mounting service comes with a 30-day limited labour guarantee and a 1 year manufacturer warranty on our TV mounts/brackets used during installations.
  • We use high quality TV brackets and will thoroughly test them during and after the installation. However, if for instance, your Cinema Works TV mount/bracket is found to have manufacturing defects, contact us at at (416) 602-8979 or email us with your order number and details. Upon evaluation, we will re-install the TV with a new mount/bracket at no cost to you. All issues must be reported to Cinema Works Ltd within 30 days of the installation.

What is excluded:

  • Any damage to the TV, unrelated to the original installation, caused by manufacturing defects or mishandling.
  • Mishandling of TV mounts/brackets and TV placement modifications done by anyone other than a Cinema Works technician, before or after the Cinema Works original appointment.
  • Municipal and building regulations and bylaws in regard to high voltage in-wall wire concealment vary by building and municipality. All high voltage wire concealment services are provided with the full consent of the customer and are not part of Cinema Works’ Warranty Policy. Please check your building and municipality code before ordering in-wall wire concealment services. Please contact us for more detailed information on your options.

2. Smart Home

What is included:

  • Our Smart Home service comes with a limited 30 day labour guarantee. Our expert technicians will ensure your smart home setup/integration is fully functional after deeming the installation complete. However, if for instance, your smart home setup/integration is found to be faulty, contact us at 1 (416) 602-8979 or email us with your order number and details. Upon evaluation, we will dispatch a Cinema Works Ltd technician to resolve the issue.

What is excluded:

  • Any damage, unrelated to the original installation, caused by manufacturing defects and or mishandling.
  • Smart Home setup modification completed by anyone other than a Cinema Works technician, before or after the original appointment.

THIS WARRANTY POLICY IS VALID EXCLUSIVELY TO THE CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASED THE SERVICE AND WHOSE NAME IS ON THE INVOICE. THIS WARRANTY POLICY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE AND WILL NOT BE VALID IF THE DEVICE IS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL OR BUSINESS. CINEMA WORKS LTD MAY, AT ANY TIME, AND AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION MODIFY THE WARRANTY POLICY WITH OUR WITHOUT NOTICE TO THE USER. ANY SUCH MODIFICATION WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON PUBLIC POSTING. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE PLATFORM FOLLOWING ANY SUCH MODIFICATION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED POLICY.
